Sales
• Business and key accounts strong relationships development. Key accounts: B2B On-Trade, premium, lux
• Key accounts suссessfull management operation sales volume, company targets fullfillment : distribution, visualization, brand biulding (volume, ACB)
• Permanent quarter targets(new clients) overachievement, marketing KPI - BTL, Digital, сcreation and launch tailor-made promo (created within clients’ needs)
• Sales support strategy and assortment development at e-com
• Management, interviewing, trainings and adaptation of newcomers - Account Executive (4 subbordinates)
• Clients strategy 360 analysis, effective instruments implementation of On-trade brands promotion, the effectiveness analysis of brands activation, reporting and presentation for quarterly reviews
• Quarterly target forecasting
• Clients legal support, wide range of documents preparation, work flow with internal company instruments
• Distributers: cooperation and and management, weekly meetings, data analysis, budget, expenses compensation
• Permanent support and participation at shareholders visits
Marketing
• On-trade activations: planning, developments, realisation (new mechanics, brand promotion activations)
• trade marketing и marketing departments cooperation in terms of content creation;
• cooperation with brand teams (budgeting, 2+ years strategy creation with mechanics and brand development )
• Digital strategy development and realisation together with agencies (several projects)
• Marketing budget effective management
• Creation, management of designers (briefs, positioning ideas, execution control)
• Cooperation with bloggers and infliencers
• 360 cooperation with marketing metrics, performance assessment together with brand team
